Humblebrag: CENTURY 21 receives Highest Overall Satisfaction by J.D. Power for 3rd year in a row.

Nothing can bring us more joy here at CENTURY 21 Magellan Realty (other than helping one of our dear friends find or sell their home) than the news presented to us this week.  CENTURY 21 for the 3rd year in a row received the Highest Overall Satisfaction score for First-Time Home Buyers, First-Time Home Sellers and Repeat Home Sellers by J.D. Power.

Three years in a row!

So what does that mean for you?

First-Time Home Buyers

CENTURY 21 scored an 876 which ranks highest for a third consecutive year and performs particularly well in the agent/salesperson and variety of additional services factors.  Following CENTURY 21, RE/MAX ranked 874.  Overall satisfaction with first-time home buyers this year scored an average of 865 which is actually higher than in 2015 when most scored the process at an average of 827.

Repeat Home Buyers

CENTURY 21 and Coldwell Banker tied for first in this category at a score of 857. CENTURY 21 and Coldwell Banker (857 each)rank highest in a tie. CENTURY 21 ranked highest for the third year in a row and performed really well in the real estate factor.

First-Time Home Sellers

CENTURY 21 scored an 864 and ranked highest for a third year in a row. CENTURY 21 performed above average in all five factors.

Repeat Home-Seller

CENTURY 21 scored an 866 in this category and ranked highest for a third year in a row and performed above average in all five factors.

Now for those real estate agents out there, here is the most important part. J.D. Powers said, “Among delighted customers (overall satisfaction scores of 901 and above), 58% say they “definitely will” use the same real estate company again, compared with the study average of 38%.”

In addition, of those delighted customers a whopping “[69%] of delighted customers say they “definitely will” recommend their real estate company to others, compared with the study average of 46%.”
